Regis Dudena, the Prizes and Betting Secretary, has officially authorized two additional companies to operate in Brazil’s burgeoning sports betting and online gaming market. The authorization comes via executive orders 1791 and 1792.

Ordinance 1791: NOSSABET

Ordinance 1791 grants permission to LAGUNA SERVICOS E TECNOLOGIA LTDA, operating under the brand name NOSSABET, to offer fixed-odds lottery services. This authorization is in accordance with Laws No. 13,756 of December 12, 2018, and No. 14,790 of December 29, 2023, as well as relevant ordinances from the Prizes and Betting Secretariat. The decision is based on information from SIGAP process No. 0087/2024.
