Regarding the process of uploading documentation to the Electronic Operator File (Fvoe v. 2.0), ADM emphasizes that the National Anti-Corruption Authority (ANAC) is responsible for managing authorizations and supplier data within the Fvoe module. Therefore, any issues or requests for further information should be directed to ANAC.

Platform Management of Fvoe Access

The platform manages activities related to the contracting authority’s access to the Fvoe as the final step in the process, following these steps:

• The contracting authority requests the operator to open the Fvoe via the platform, and the operator accepts the request.
• The operator must then authorize the Project Manager (Rup) to access the File (Fvoe).
• Registration on the ANAC website is required to authorize access.
• After the contracting authority’s authorization request, a “Response authorization” notification will appear on the ANAC Fvoe 2.0 platform in the economic operator’s Dashboard.
