Tyler Brooks

Hey, I’m Tyler Brooks — 31 years old, born and raised in Dallas, Texas. I’ve been a diehard Cowboys fan since I could walk (yes, even through the heartbreaks). I first got into iGaming after hitting an insane 8-leg parlay that turned five bucks into two grand. Been hooked ever since. When I’m not sweating a game or a bet, you’ll usually find me watching or playing sports, gaming with friends, or diving into the latest in the stock market and crypto space. Always chasing that next win, whether it's on the field, the screen, or the charts.

ADM Clarifies Procedures for Electronic Operator File in Lottery Tender

The Italian Agency of Customs and Monopolies (ADM) has issued clarifications regarding the selection procedure for the concession of the Lotto service and other fixed-odds numerical games. Specifically, the ADM addressed questions concerning the Electronic Operator File (Fascicolo virtuale dell’operatore economico – Fvoe).

Key Points on the Electronic Operator File

Regarding the process of uploading documentation to the Electronic Operator File (Fvoe v. 2.0), ADM emphasizes that the National Anti-Corruption Authority (ANAC) is responsible for managing authorizations and supplier data within the Fvoe module. Therefore, any issues or requests for further information should be directed to ANAC.

Platform Management of Fvoe Access

The platform manages activities related to the contracting authority’s access to the Fvoe as the final step in the process, following these steps:

  • The contracting authority requests the operator to open the Fvoe via the platform, and the operator accepts the request.
  • The operator must then authorize the Project Manager (Rup) to access the File (Fvoe).
  • Registration on the ANAC website is required to authorize access.
  • After the contracting authority’s authorization request, a “Response authorization” notification will appear on the ANAC Fvoe 2.0 platform in the economic operator’s Dashboard.

Additional Information

Further details can be found on the ANAC website under the “User Manuals and Documentation” section.
