Peruvian Ministry Denies Endorsement of Online Gambling Ads
The Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism (Mincetur) has firmly stated that it has not authorized the use of its official logo in any commercial advertising promoting online games or sports betting. This includes advertisements appearing in media outlets, social media platforms, or online.
This announcement comes in response to the unauthorized use of the Ministry’s logo by an online betting company. Mincetur has declared that it will take all necessary measures, in accordance with current regulations, to prevent the improper use of its institutional logo.
